1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted only in cases where:
   • The product is received in a damaged condition.
   • The wrong product was sent.
2. Conditions for Return
   To qualify for a return:
   • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
   • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return or damage claim.
   • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
   We do not accept returns for:
   • Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
   • Custom-made or personalized items.
   • Change of mind or dislike of the product.
4. Refund Process
   Once your return is approved:
   • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
   • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
5. Shipping Charges
   Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
6. Exchange Policy
   We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.
7. Cancellation Policy
   Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
